Overview
.NET Web Developer – Wilmslow - £50K. Our client, a software house based in Wilmslow is currently looking for a skilled .NET Web Developer with strong C#, HTML, MVC experience. Their primary job will be to work on the company’s flagship product, implementing new features into the core product based on internal and client requirements. Core Skills The core skills we are looking for are • C# • HTML • jQuery/JavaScript • MVC • Linq • Microsoft SQL Server Additional Skills If a candidate has these skills too they would be closer to the perfect candidate based on skill set alone • Experience with cloud computing (Microsoft Azure) • Experience using GitHub • Experiences with Web Services (JSON) • Scrum development methodology Experience We are looking for a web developer with around 2 years’ experience. Must have examples of web applications that demonstrate they have a sound knowledge of the core skills listed above. Must have worked as part of a team of developers. Personality They must be hard working, and show a keen desire to progress. People who have reached the ceiling in their current employment and are maybe looking for an opportunity to progress to a Senior Developer level. Must be a good communicator and be able to hold a conversation with their peers to discuss solutions to technical problems. Working Environment The working environment is relaxed but busy. We have a breakout room for lunch time with a pool table and games consoles. There is an hour’s lunch break which must be taken away from your desk, typically within the breakout room. We are centrally located within Wilmslow town centre with access to various shops and restaurants. Interested?
