Overview

Working as a Senior Security Engineer for a global tech firm based in the heart of London. The candidate will have exposure to Cloud (AWS), Web Applications, Mobile applications and automation. Client Details Global Tech firm based in the heart of West London. Description Senior Security Engineer Performing source code reviews across projects Performing web and mobile application security testing Conducting security incident and event investigation and analysis Performing threat modelling and secure design review exercises with development teams and embedding the practice across all the product units Implementing and fine tuning automation of security tools in CI/CD pipeline and thinking new ways to automate and improve security across the business Identify vulnerabilities, distribute and suggest remediation across the development teams of the issues identified both internally or provided by third parties Create and perform security training courses relevant to the technologies adopted Reporting of the security assessments performed Ideally 4 years of experience in a technical information security field; iOS / Android application security assessment; Deep knowledge of application security vulnerabilities and security frameworks (Eg: OWASP TOP10) and security testing techniques and structured approach Secure application development with main technologies (Python, Java, PHP, Node, Javascript) Profile Senior Security Engineer Candidate must be strong in either of the 3: Cloud Security Web Application or Mobile Security Development Security Experience and Skills Desired: CISSP/CSSLP/CREST qualified or any relevant certification, the candidate will be assessed on the knowledge and experience ISO270001 qualified Understanding security of Cloud technologies (AWS mainly) and deployments both private or public Container environment and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) hardening and testing.
