They're well funded, well managed, forward thinking and want you to consider them for your next Nursing career move. Locally they have both medium and large sized nursing and residential homes that are well thought of by the Care Quality Commission, Continuing Health Care, Local Authority and most importantly the people in their communities. This particular home has undergone a recent redecoration and, with their management hiring policy ensuring they employ only Home Managers with a history of Good or Oustanding CQC reports, you can be assured of good conscientious and professional leadership. In fact we have worked with a lot of the Registered Managers and Senior Managers here for many years and it's generally a pleasure to be able to introduce them. If you are a registered nurse with an active NMC PIN number and any amount of post qualification experience, we want to hear from you. We're looking for a Senior Staff Nurse, but if you go forward for interview and do well, you could be offered a Clinical Lead position. If it doesn't go quite so well you may also be offered a Staff Nurse position. Win win.
