Overview

A leading manufacturer in the Chepstow area are actively looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Technician/Coordinator to join their team. The successful Quality Assurance Technician/Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating NCR, CAPA, complaint and supplier improvement activities, ensuring that actions are implemented and monitoring and tracking tools are up to date. You will also be training others in the quality management system and problem-solving techniques, ensuring root cause and corrective actions are appropriate. Key tasks for the position holder: Coordinate the timely closure of Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities, helping to plan the identification of suitable corrective and preventative actions Support complaint handling activities Monitor complaints to closure Support Non-conformance reports (NCR) activities in co-ordination with other teams Support Quality Management System (QMS) training activities to ensure that QMS training is implemented and effective and performed in a timely manner. Liaise with other teams to ensure that supplier reviews are performed in accordance with planned requirements. Promote quality values throughout the organisation Provide regulatory and quality training to others where appropriate Experience/skills Track record with CAPA Experience with QMS related activities Excellent problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail IntaPeople is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
