Overview

Cisco IP - 3rd Line Support / Network Design Engineer / Service Provider. An expanding service provider is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide 3rd line support across the network elements from the Cisco core IP MPLS, Edge, and enterprise site CPE/LAN/WAN trouble shooting. You will also be working with customers providing network solutions and enhancements to their existing network set up utilising automation/SDN/AI. Ideally from a service provider you will be looking for a varied role where you want to progress into a more design focussed role. Strong communication skills are essential due to the customer facing element. My client will consider engineers from an enterprise based background as long as you have strong understanding of MPLS/BGP and design skills.
