Job Title: Critical Maintenance Engineer - Day Shifts Location: Bishopsgate, London Job ID: 769041 The Role: Our client, a leading FM company, currently have a requirement for an experienced multi skilled maintenance engineer in London. Working in a critical environment, you will carry out PPM tasks and reactive/breakdown works to all electrical and mechanical systems across the site. You must good knowledge and experience of air conditioning, generators, UPS, and LV systems. You will work Mon-Fri day shifts. 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 10:30am-7:30pm - subject to split days. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and asset lists - Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made - Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times - Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times - Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site - Ensure Computer Based Maintenance system is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured Experience/Skills: - City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in Electro-Mechanical principles - Experience of maintaining relevant electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria - Building services experience - critical environment preferred On offer is a competitive salary of up to £40k plus company benefits package.
