Candidate focused role - No new sales Based at their stunning flag-ship Bristol office this well-regarded agency is looking to add to their dedicated Delivery Team - responsible for managing the recruitment process for several house accounts and portfolio of blue chip clients. Basic to £28k (DOE) bonus (OTE £50k) 08.30 - 17.30; 25 days holiday & further benefits You will be involved with - Build relationships with HR or internal recruitment/talent teams where appropriate Talent pipelining Headhunting and networking Compiling and submitting short-lists for review Manage the whole interview process, through to offer stage You will have the opportunity to work in stunning offices - on site gym, cafe & roof top terrace - and in a relaxed, 'grown-up' environment.
