The ideal candidate will be looking to develop their IT support career and passionate about working with the latest technologies. 1 st / 2 nd Line Support Engineer Responsibilities: Provide the support services needed by many of the world’s largest organisations. Working onsite to provide support services for deskside and print. Be mentored by the Service Delivery Manager, your Team Leader and colleagues in every aspect of your work. Work inline of SLA’s and KPI’s to complete various tickets throughout Offer excellent customer service building relationships with the end users. This is a role where you will have direct influence on people’s day-to-day working life. With nothing more frustrating than a computer or a printer not working, you will be very person that makes things happen, working directly with the users in a highly rewarding way. 1 st / 2 nd Line Support engineers’ skills and experiences required: Previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally used to resolving problems sitting with the user. Comfortable in a number of desk side technologies, Windows 10 and Mac’s. Office365, Active Directory and Exchange. Confidence in addressing break/fix issues – Typically supporting PCs and Multi-functional printers. Apple OSX, IoS and Mac experience is essential.
