Customer Service in Redhill-£18,000 to £22,000.00 Your new company Our client, in Redhill, is currently recruiting for an exciting Customer Service Advisor Role, paying up to £22k, for experience Customer Service Advisors. Your new role Minimum grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English Language, or equivalent Customer service experience, able to write client notes in good English, great listening, written and verbal communication, be a team player, work flexibly, be able to prioritise & manage your own workload, make effective decisions, follow procedure, be organised and self-motivated and ultimately be tenacious. What you'll need to succeed You'll be: Handling customer enquiries Provide advice and support Provide accurate information Primarily focused on customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution. Go 'above and beyond' for customers and colleagues. Actively share best practice. Positively participating in all aspect of your day to day & respond positively to feedback. Advocating business change Undertake other duties as reasonably require What you'll get in return A salary of up to £22,000.00 is being offered along with 23 days holiday a year, increasing to 27 with service and more.
