Overview

Do you have experience providing excellent customer service? Can you commit to a 6 month contract that has a strong possibility of going permanent? This role will see you delivering a high standard of customer service when responding to customer enquiries and requests via telephone, email, letter and webchat to improve customer experience. Your experience of delivering high level customer service, well developed communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and build effective relationships will enable you to excel in this role. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 Saturday to be worked in every 4.
