Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our IT Team. The role ensures all technology is working at optimal levels and support the development of new technologies and effective cyber security to drive Benenden Health forward as a business. Key Responsibilities will include: Implement an effective, resilient, responsive and secure IT Infrastructure. Take the technical lead for relevant IT projects and provide technical support where required. Engage with suppliers to confirm that their technical delivery is consistent with agreed designs and outcomes. Support the implementation of technologies or methodologies to support the business plan Effective documentation of IT infrastructure and implemented solutions. Architecting complex IT infrastructure projects across the organisation. To advise on new technologies and direction and provide technical input into the development of the Benenden systems. Support the delivery of Cyber Security by adopting a proactive and innovative approach to continuous improvement. We are interested to hear from candidates how have a proven track record in: Professional IT/IS qualifications such as MCSE or MCITP Enterprise Administrator. Educated to degree level or equivalent. Strong customer service ethos at all levels supported by ITIL Experience and qualifications. Broad & deep understanding of complex IT environments and infrastructure architecture. Technical experience in core technologies (Windows, Azure & Office365, VMware, Cisco and Avaya). Thorough understanding of IT security Planning major and complex projects across the organisation. Management of 3rd party suppliers. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
