SEN Teaching Assistant/ Support Work Are you looking to work within a challenging and rewarding SEN Learning environment? Are you a confident and passionate with a real interest to help children and young people within education? Do you have experiences working in different SEN or working within a support role. You will be expected to work with a small group's normally numbering between three and seven students. Each class will have one teacher and between two and three teaching assistants, enabling all pupils to receive the appropriate amount of support and care they require. This school really likes staff to get involved straight away and ask any questions which they feel need answering. The school is a very supportive school offering new members of staff information on the students they will be working with along with endless support. Key Requirements: Specialist SEBD (Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) School Team Teach (Not essential but desirable) We also help provide this.
