Clinical Nurse Manager £38,000 per annum Kings Heath, Birmingham Full time, mixture of Clinical & Supernumerary Time Recruitment are proud to be leading the search for a Clinical Nurse Manager for a specialist nurse led training provider who specialise in providing care for those with complex needs by delivering clinical excellence, we are leading the search for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the well-established service, as the Clinical Nurse Manager you will play an important role into the daily running of the service. The service is currently under a brand-new manager who has just been newly appointed internally progressing from Registered Nurse to Clinical Nurse Manager and now is the Home Manager The company pride themselves on promoting within alongside offering a robust training service like no other to ensure the Clinical Nurse Manager gets the best support whilst starting their new role. The company initially started as a training provider, so as you can imagine it is conducted to an extremely high level, it will consist of 1 weeks classroom based then you will work closely with the Home Manager who is also a registered nurse. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and is very competent clinically with an excellent Clinician. The Clinical Nurse Manager will hold skills in the following areas: ' Peg feed ' Catheterisations ' Syringe drivers ' NG feeds ' Tracheostomy ' Venepuncture ' Wound care ' Continence care ' Palliative care ' Staff appraisals & Supervisions ' Clinical Audits You will be continued to be supported and monitored over a 13-week period after your classroom based training working closely with the Home Manager. With clinical trainers on site completing training in safeguarding, NAPPI, quality improvement, mental capacity, NG/Enteral feeding and tracheostomy care where these skills are required.
