This is a permanent contract paying a highly competitive salary £18500- £19250 dependent upon experience. The pattern of these to be determined and planned by the manager to meet the needs of the home To carry out any of the practical tasks out lined on individual job lists Record keeping and administration as required to include supporting with auditing and maintenance of children’s files, collation of reports and communication with external agencies. Additional Information for you as a Support Worker Experience as a Therapeutic Care Worker is desirable however experience within a care setting is essential. There is an extensive in house training programme for both core skills and career development on offer including a fully funded QCF level 3 in Children and Young People.
