Overview
Digital Project Account Manager - Digital Environment - B2C/ B2B - Birmingham/ Albrighton This role has come available due to growth of the company bringing on four new major clients. The role needs someone to manage the accounts whilst briefing designers and developers on the confirmed projects. You will be involved in: Managing multiple digital development projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet their intended objectives, as well as run on-time/on-budget Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Write simple and complex briefs to be briefed to the digital team Hold regular meetings with digital team, client services and the client Hold regular project reviews, record actions and expedite Skills and Experience needed: At least 3 years' experience in a fast moving, digital environment At least 1 years' experience in a client-facing role Briefing confirmed projects into the team of designers/developers Managing multiple digital development projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet their intended objectives, as well as run on-time/on-budget Knowledge of current marketing and digital trends and technologies (B2B & B2C experience, is desirable) Proven time management skills Strong project management skills and experience A proven track-record of working with clients to deliver great service and solve their problems Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent presentation skills (internal and client This is a very brief outline of the role, please apply to receive the full job description.
