Materials Controller - Oxford - £35,000

A Materials Controller required by specialist manufacturing company in Oxford to manage production schedules as well as analyse and forecast customer demand in a fast paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, forward thinking business and the role itself is offers excellent prospects for development. Duties: Communicating with a range of stakeholders in a proactive manner to effectively manage and execute scheduling to deadlines Tracking production and purchase orders to schedule to ensure delivery dates are met Monitoring manufacturing capacity constraints and supplier capacity Managing all works order and Purchase Order requirements Providing accurate feedback to the business on KPIs Key Skills and Requirements: Demonstrable skills in planning and forecasting within complex manufacturing operations Excellent organisational and communication skills in addition to strong Excel skills and experience with ERP and/or MRP systems Supply Chain experience in a scientific and/or manufacturing background is highly desirable In addition to a market leading salary there is an excellent benefits package available including private health cover and share options.
