They are looking for a professional German speaking Customer Service Representative with experience in providing exceptional services to join their Customer Support team. As they are expanding their business across the German market, you will play a vital role as you will be interacting with German speaking customers and represent the company. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service, answering emails and telephone calls across Germany Providing advice on any queries, understanding the needs of the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction Identifying new ways to improve customer experience You will work closely with the management team and contributing with new ideas of development About you: In order for you to succeed, you will have a solid background in customer service. You will be proactive in helping and understanding the needs of the customer. Within this role you will be working in a dog friendly office where support and training will be provided.
