Overview
Our client is a leading Main Contractor who have an opening for a MEP Quantity Surveyor at one of their landmark projects in London. The project is a £500m New Build Hotel / Residential Scheme with super prime finishes. The MEP package will be around £40m in value. Project completion is June 2021 The Quantity Surveyor role Experience as a recognised M&E Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness with a focus on profit and cash To help manage the commercial packages for the MEP & back of house areas You will manage a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account. You will be keen to minimise risk and cost Working in a team of 5 Your profile 5 years knowledge in managing MEP packages Pre contract through to post contract experience Major project experience / Construction Management experience You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or a related subject You can have either a Mechanical or Electrical bias.
