2020 - 2021 Junior Consultant Industrial Placement London Timberseed is recruiting for summer/autumn start Year in Industry Scheme . This is ideal for those interested in taking a year out of university to get into a career in Recruitment. We are looking for driven, competitive, and keen to learn individuals to join us for a well-structured training program to become accomplished consultants by the end of the placement. Role Working as a Timberseed consultant , you’ll be responsible for interviewing graduates, understanding their career ambitions, assessing their competencies and discovering potential. You’ll help match people to relevant opportunities by becoming an industry expert , and help people co-ordinate interview processes to achieve the best outcome possible. With training and experience you’ll also be liaising with clients and attending meetings. You’ll help them hire the best people to successfully grow their businesses. Timberseed will provide you with great training and you’ll gain valuable transferable skills for a future career . You will learn how to use research tools, databases, qualify candidates over telephone and interview as well as manage accounts and have exposure to clients. You will also become a CV and interview expert which will help you in your future applications. These skills will equip you well for a career in any business sphere. Skills required You need to be great with people, and show excellent written and verbal communication skills . You’ll have a high degree of emotional empathy, but you’ll also be motivated to achieve specific business outcomes. You’ll be meticulously organised and incredibly efficient. You learn fast, and respond well to constructive feedback. You’ll be hard working and committed, and know how to go the extra mile.
