Company: Ashfield Healthcare Position: Implementation Managers Territory: London Vacancy Type: 6 Months Salary: Competitive Ashfield Healthcare are delighted to be recruiting for Implementations Managers on behalf of our client in London. They are a global health care company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. The role will involve promoting their Biosimilar product range and supporting services to all external stakeholders in defined accounts to drive sales and profit. The ideal candidate will have experience working in secondary care and existing relationships with hospitals in London. Responsibilities- · Work collaboratively within Key accounts to ensure efficient implementation of our clients products in line with NHS Strategy · Work in Partnership with Key Account team to ensure pull through and adherence of patient pathway, maximising value for patients and the NHS · Identify barriers to implementation and utilise local networks to drive adoption · To attend seminars, congresses, exhibitions or meetings as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager · To identify decision makers and influencers in each key account to develop and build appropriate business relationships · To communicate weekly/monthly with the Sales and Marketing Manager, Medical Team and Product Manager as and when directed · To fully understand and comply with all aspects of company policy · To maintain a high level of knowledge of customers, accounts, services, changes within market place and all relevant clinical developments · To maintain a high level of clinical and technical knowledge of promoted products and services Essential Skills Degree or equivalent Demonstrate good business acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales Ideally experience in Biosimilars and or Biologics sales Team player Good verbal, numerical and negotiating skills ABPI accreditation Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical or equivalent Background Ashfield Healthcare is a fast-paced place to work where you will be highly valued.
