We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader, if you have previous leadership experience and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service then we want to hear from you Key responsibilities: Planning and delegating daily team activities Ensuring that the telephones are sufficiently monitored at all times Managing escalated complaints Identifying staff development needs Ensuring the management of a smooth recruitment and induction process Completing all 1:1’s and Performance drivers for direct Line reports Managing day to day individual requests and follow up, i.e. holidays, sickness, appointments Liaising with the Customer Service Manager on all matters relating to the customer service centre operation Benefits: Newly refurbished offices 25 days holiday Bank Holidays (Option to buy and sell) Incredible staff discount Cycle to work scheme Onsite activities such as running and yoga If the above interests you, please contact Tara i2i Recruitment immediately.
