Overview
Due to continued growth and increased levels of enquiry our client, an award winning specialist mortgage brokers, currently require Trainee Mortgage Advisors to join their team. Our client is experiencing dramatic growth in levels of enquiries generated via their network of introducers, recommendations and direct advertising. As such they are currently seeking to recruit Trainee Mortgage Brokers who are capable of working within a busy environment, who ideally have financial services experience or professional qualifications (although this is not essential if you can demonstrate a strong sales background), who are motivated, and who can hit the ground running. You will receive full support in terms of leads, training if required, administration support, IT / sourcing tools and have the opportunity for greater autonomy whilst working with other professional like-minded individuals. In return candidates can expect to receive a competitive salary and benefits package as well as realistic earnings of £50k. The role does not require weekend working.
