Job Description
Trainee Developer Location - Cardiff About the role ... Based in our Cardiff centre and working within project teams, Sapiens Developers hold the primary responsibility for validating designs and building software in line with functional and technical requirements. The role works closely alongside designers and lead developers to create solutions, as well as with test analysts to support system tests that ensure the quality of our product for our clients. Our team, based in Cardiff Bay, mainly consists of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Test Analysts. We run a very successful in-house training programme which will enable us to get you to where we both need, and want, you to be. Previous motivated and hard-working individuals joining our company have progressed from trainee to senior roles in less than 4 years.
