The Firm: My client is a firm of well-established and trusted solicitors based in Manchester, who have specialists in many areas of law including; commercial law, real estate, and property, commercial and general litigation, employment, insolvency, and business. The Role: One Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor is now required for a well-established legal department in Manchester. Hitting the ground running you will be dealing with an interesting and varied caseload in areas including; Contract and commercial disputes, professional negligence, IP, defamation, employment law, landlord & tenant and mediation. If you are commercially focused, with sound business acumen, excellent communication skills and have a flair for negotiation and relationship building, then please apply now.
