Overview
Sugarman Health are seeking Night Support Workers for a permanent role working with Adults and Children on the Autistic Spectrum. Previous experience whilst desirable is not essential- the right attitude and personal qualities are key to this role. Opportunities available in Crewe. Working for a long established Cheshire based Autism Support service who have a strong commitment and ethos towards increasing the participation of children, young people and adults with autism in all aspects of living and learning. Support Workers are the key to providing outstanding support to the people in our care. While no two days are the same, consistency in approach is key. We are looking for staff to join a small team who support people in their day to day lives. Our people are very active and enjoy being out and about, whether that is in the community going walking, swimming, maybe dancing the night away at the disco, or at home working on their independent living skills. We have a number of new people entering our service so we need new team members to join us at this exciting time.
