£40,800 per annum (equates to NHS Band 7) | 40 hours | Days | Elderly & Dementia Care | A privately owned care home in Newcastle-under-Lyme is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse with RGN or RMN qualification to work as Unit Nurse Manager. This is a 100 bed service providing expert general nursing, dementia and continuing health care. Details of this Unit Nurse Manager position and what the home is offering: 40 hours per week on a permanent contract Day shifts Great annual salary of £40,800 which is the equivalent to NHS Band 7 A comprehensive induction, training and opportunities to further your skills As Unit Manager, you will coordinate the planning and implementation of care on a unit within the home, along with managing and monitoring service delivery. You will lead and develop the nursing and care team, motivating the team to deliver the best possible standards of care and quality of life.
