As the Unit Manager working here you will be responsible of high standards of care. Unit Manager position overview To ensure all clinical governance task are completed Clinical audits conducted Assessments & observations when required Ensuring all mandatory training is kept up to date To have excellent leadership & interpersonal skills Company service information for the Unit Manager The service has been established since 1988 and is set amongst 4 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens boasting modern amenities throughout. Split into 5 individual units. The registered manager is nurse trained and has been in post for 25 years since starting herself as a Registered Nurse here. The Registered Nurse to patient ratios. The residents receive 1-2-1 patient care on nights also. Unit Manager requirements Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC pin Must have 2 years' experience in elderly/ dementia care Unit Manager benefits include Paid breaks Paid handover DBS paid Ongoing training and development Re-validation support Progression opportunities into management Support with leadership qualifications We can consider applications from Registered Nurses; RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Registered Nurse's.
