Are you looking for your next challenge in Bristol City Centre? Bristol Energy are looking for passionate customer service focused individuals to join their busy, dynamic contact centre on a full time or part time basis. Working with a team of vibrant and enthusiastic Energy Advisors, you will be looking after our customers and offering the best service possible through inbound contact, emails and phones, as well as via social media and webchat. The ideal candidate will have worked within a customer service environment, whether that is face to face in hospitality, retail or otherwise, or previously in a contact centre. But you may also be looking for your first opportunity, so if have the drive, willingness and passion, then we will train the rest Bristol Energy a sustainable energy company built with social value at its heart.
