HR Administration, on boarding and Payroll duties for the organisations Italy employees. Must have experience in processing in country to understand the legislation's and be immediately available. Client Details My client is a global retail company looking for an Italian speaking HR & Payroll Coordinator to join them on a 6 months Fixed Term Contract. Description Setting up employees for on-boarding and handling administration processes including contracts, registration, and administration of new hires. Preparation of payroll data and processing of payroll together with an external partner, including validation and review of data, providing necessary support to the employees Responsible to facilitate and support with social insurance, tax audits or other external / internal audits connected with HR & Payroll Support and lead projects on an ongoing basis, including multi-country topics within Europe; participate in global projects as necessary Responsible for making decisions around new hire, disciplinary cases, payroll / payment, employment law, legal cases, audits Profile Must be immediately available. Must be fluent in Italian. Must have experience in running payroll and HR administration in Italy and understand the legislation's behind this. Must be confident in the legalities of HR paper work such as on boarding starters, leavers and contract extensions. Job Offer Salary is between £24-28,000 benefits. On site parking.
