eCommerce Merchandiser
Overview
The E-Commerce Merchandiser will be a creative and commercially minded person, who will play a key role by creating a memorable, luxury online experience for website visitors. This will contribute to maximising accelerate the growth of the online store, and increase revenue and profit within the group, and also ensuring the Company maintains it’s ‘A Cut Above’ Standards. Key Areas of Accountability 1) Ensure all digital content is presented correctly and does not compromise website performance; 2) Manage the online product inventory, identifying key areas for opportunity - product imagery and descriptions and specification; 3) Working to ensure online availability of all stock have product images with accurate descriptions and specifications; 4) Organising and editing product photos/imagery. 5) Support key promotions, ensure best sellers, new lines and hero lines are promoted to customers; 6) Continuously review website information to ensure that all information is correct; 7) Utilise online content management system to seamlessly create, edit, review and publish online text ; 8) Contribute in producing creative and informative content to highlight key brands and new launches to the website; 9) Assist with the testing of new content and functionality launches to the website; 10) Using excellent written English skills, write informative, persuasive, and SEO-friendly product names, features, and descriptions
