About the Company: Established independent practice, leading within the region with a reputation for excellent technical client content within the portfolio. Growing organically, the business is stable, has the finance for continued growth and earns new business wins via recommendation. The partners have been within the business for 20 years, they have vision for expansion and have grown from a small family run business to an operation employing 25 people covering all technical finance sectors. Key Skills/Experience Required: Practice accountancy experience, professional (ACCA/ACA) qualification. You must be able to demonstrate a proven and professional background within practice. You will be able to lead and manage your own mixed commercial client bank of finance related work. You will have the technical ability for full year end and all management accounts required by the client in addition to leading the team semi’s in improvising their own technical ability. CT and PT compliance experience will be a benefit along with audit exposure (although this is not essential). Full qualification or finalist stage is essential.
