Overview

We are working with a friendly and successful IT Support company in the Steyning / Storrington area who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Technician to join their growing business. As a 1st Line Support Technician you will be responsible for providing first class customer service and IT support to a variety of clients. With individual needs this role will be suited for someone coming from a similar role who is used to working in a fast paced environment. You will be responding to inbound support calls You will provide excellent customer service keeping clients up to date with any issues. You will also be responsible for upgrading types of hardware and software ensuring minimal impact to client. You will be required to carry out site visits and on-site trouble shooting when required. For this 1st Line Support Technician role you will need to be pro-active with a can do attitude. You will have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly but professional approach. You will need to have at least 1 years’ experience working for an MSP IT support company. You will have to drive to succeed within your position and a passion for the industry, ensuring you keep up to date with new technologies, and relevant legislation, internal policies and procedures.
