Overview
A number of NHS Trusts based in the North West and West Midlands are looking for Porters to help them for an initial 3 month contract to help them through this busy period. What you will be doing: Transport of patients between the wards and theatres. Move stores and equipment Transfer of patients between trolleys/beds and theatre tables, assisting staff with positioning patients. Transport samples of patients blood Change and provide new linens Assisting theatre and medical staff with patients and theatre preparations as required. Help remove waste Managing trolleys of food and drink Additional requirements: Ideally you will have fulfilled a similar role within the healthcare sector You will need to have a valid DBS is required for this role.
