CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES ASSOCIATE (NQ-4 PQE) AT INTERNATIONAL FIRM
Overview
A top international firm is looking for a Construction Disputes Associate to join its highly reputed and growing London team The Team: The London Construction Disputes team is part of the firm’s wider international construction disputes practice group. The group is global, with fee earners in offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. The Role: In this Construction Disputes role, you will advise on both UK construction disputes and international construction arbitrations. You will focus on commercial arbitration, adjudications, complex litigations in the Technology and Construction Court, project advisory work and ADR processes (including mediation). The team has a broad list of clients and works across sectors including energy and infrastructure. Requirements: To be successful in this Construction Disputes role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and have gained experience working in construction disputes (ideally with experience in international arbitration) at a top City firm.
