You will need a good grounding in Insolvency / restructuring matters gained at a respected firm and be ready to take a major career step with this substantial firm. The work is varied and interesting consisting of transactional matters within both corporate and personal insolvencies as well contentious work. You will work with a range of clients including practitioners, lenders, private equity investors, corporate and individuals. You should have a good academic background, with proven experience within a good quality law firm. There is some flexibility here and the firm would be happy to consider applicants from 4 years PQE up to a more senior level.
