Defendant RTA Paralegal

An opportunity has arisen for you to join an extremely well established personal injury specialist based in the heart of Warrington. This dedicated Defendant Personal Injury Department focuses on an array of RTA claims on behalf of its insurer clients and is now seeking to appoint a confident and ambitious defendant RTA paralegal. You will be joining a long-standing department with an excellent reputation in the market for its claimant and defendant offering. The team comprises of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners and you will have full support and some supervision from the more senior members of the team. Your new role will see you take on responsibility for your own caseload of defendant RTA claims, involving liability disputes, claims within the MOJ Portal and non-MOJ claims along with some credit hire matters. You will ideally come from a defendant background and will have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling your own caseload; you will have seen a defendant RTA claim through from start to finish. Ideally, you will have litigation experience and the drive and determination to further your legal career and provide the best quality service to your clients.
