Overview

This project position will work with multiple departments to ensure compliance is met on all live personnel files. Client Details This business are a global manufacturing business who have modern and lively offices based in Speke, Liverpool. Description This role is a project role to process 600 Personnel files onto a HR System, duties will include; Data entry of confidential information Modernising processes Ensuring GDPR compliance is met and removing information that should no longer be held by the organisation Creating, maintaining and updating a spreadsheet to flag when files require an update Processing letters, documents and uploading relevant information onto Personnel files Project managing the entire process, setting time-lines and offering regular updates to department heads Profile The successful project administrator for this role will have the following skills; Excellent administration and data entry skills Solid understanding and experience working on excel spreadsheets Able to work within a highly confidential team and understanding of confidentiality is imperative Understanding of GDPR, what is means and what processes need to be adapted to ensure compliance is met Excellent interpersonal skills to update management of progress on this project Project experience would be an advantage Job Offer This role is offering; 500 Bonus for completion of this project Weekly Pay Flexible hours (Monday - Friday only) Modern offices Large brand for CV Canteen Holiday accrual (3 days per month) Start 1st April (subject to DBS clearance) Free car parking
