Overview

Are you currently looking to be part of a growing Conveyancing team? If so Keoghs Residential Conveyancing Department are currently looking for a Conveyancing Assistant who will be placed in a team of 3 consisting of a Lead Conveyancer , a Conveyancer and a Conveyancing Assistant. As a team dealing with all aspects of a Residential sale and purchase transactions. This is an excellent career opportunity for the right candidate. The team will be allocated Conveyancing Transactions from Initial Instruction to Completion. Our New Business team and Post Completions team will deal with other aspects of the Conveyancing transaction. Key Accountabilities: • Liaising with clients, recommenders, conveyancers, agents and third parties. This will include • communication in person, in writing, or by telephone • Responsible for chasing various documentation from the client such as initial forms, ID. • Keep the case management system and any third party web sites up to date in real time. • Ensure our clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at all times. • Prepare the required documentation as required with the conveyancing process. • Prepare the completions packs for the accounts department to include statements and invoices. • Deal with Post Exchange matters as directed by your case handler. • Planning and organising your tasks • Comply with internal Keoghs Policies and procedures. • Ability to produce accurate comprehensive documentation for clients, professional persons and third parties y with internal Keoghs Policies and procedures. • Any other administrative duties required to assist your team and other teams should the need arise.
