Overview
Financial Administrator Based close to Swanley Competitive salary Duties Include Assisting financial manager on all financial tasks. Teamwork and high communication with internal and external bodies. Use of and data entry - SAGE and internal system with speed and accuracy. Managing invoices accurately. Debt management. Production of the annual accounts. Necessary scanning or archiving. Undertake all other duties that may be deemed appropriate to provide the necessary help and support where required. Credit Card reconciliations Intercompany cross charge invoices Control and reconcile petty cash Managing Director expenses CIS return on Sage Issue CIS deduction statements to subbies Complete cheques and AMEX payments by month end deadline Subbie verifications Candidates MUST have CIS, Construction and Financial Administration experience.
