Overview
Network Healthcare is currently recruiting for Reablement Assistant to work in Buckinghamshire supporting clients in their own homes. We have early and late shifts available and some weekend working will be required. The Reablement Team support the whole of Buckinghamshire so we are willing to accept applications from candidates interested in working in the following areas: Aylesbury High Wycombe South Buckinghamshire including Iver, Denham, Burnham and Beaconsfield Please note that due to the nature of this role it is imperative that staff have a full driving licence and access to a car along with business insurance, valid MOT and tax. Shift patterns are 07.00-13.30 and 16.00-22.00 and you will be paid for the whole shift including travelling time and business mileage and not on a minute by minute basis. Duties and responsibilities include: Supporting both male and female elderly service users in their own homes with personal care, eating and drinking, medication and other daily living tasks Ensuring the service users are safeguarded at all times Completing contact notes on visits Arriving on time to shifts and providing the best possible care In order to be considered for this position we are seeking candidates who: Have previous experience in a home care role or other care role looking to transition to Reablement Have a good understanding of safeguarding Are confident in delivering care to service users in their own home, sometimes independently Are looking to commit to a role and undertake a regular working rota with regular hours In return we are able to offer excellent pay rates of £12.00 per hour weekday and £14.00 per hour weekends, free uniform, free training, free DBS check, online payslips, weekly pay, paid business mileage and more
