Farrer Barnes is currently working alongside a highly reputable school towards the appointment of an Interim HR & Recruitment Officer on a temprary basis. You will be required to assist the HR function in the recruitment of personnel at all levels and with the HR With an excellent working culture and benefits including free lunches and gym access, this role will suit someone who is looking to develop their skill-set in a busy and challenging environment. Responsibilities: End to end recruitment activities Processing new starters and leavers Inductions Undertaking DBS checks Maintaining central register Assisting with exit interviews Ad hoc duties as required Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you are immediately available with prior experience working in an education environment.
