Overview

Costing Administrator Permanent £21,000 Hook Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm My client is looking to take on an Quoting Administrator to join their growing business. This position would be perfect for someone looking to get into an office position or from a similar background. Proficient knowledge in Excel (Formulas etc) is essential for this role, along with strong numeracy skills. Your main duties will include: Working with Sugar CRM system Processing Enquiries for sales team Obtaining quotes from suppliers, both in the UK and China Requesting drawings and samples for products being quoted Raising costing sheets using excel Raising quotations via the CRM system Completing internal excel sheets for new items ordered for internal sales team General typing and filing Annual archiving You will be working closely with all suppliers, sales team and internal teams. You will be reporting to the Costing Supervisor and also Operations Manager. 23 days holiday (3 days required to take off during Christmas peroid) Onsite Parking If you would like to be considered for this position, please apply ASAP.
