Senior Registered Nurse - Private Hospital

Senior Registered Nurse Birmingham Full Time £32,000pa DOE We are looking to recruit a Senior Registered Nurse for a Private Hospital in Birmingham. As a Senior Registered Nurse, it is expected you will be able to take charge and lead a team of nursing staff daily. You will be supported managerially by the Ward Leads and clinically to uphold clinical excellence of care within your team. Experience is a given as it is a busy acute hospital with over 100 inpatient beds and an outpatient department seeing over 250 patients per day. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising, supporting and inducting staff members Providing clinical leadership to the staff teams Actively working with staff to help to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users. Where appropriate to deputise for the Sister/ Charge Nurse and the lead on clinical shifts. To promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all Patients, Employees and Consultants acting as an advocate to more junior members of the team. Experience of customer care, including interacting with challenging customers and situations. Previous experience working within the acute healthcare sector.
