You will provide support in the process and administration of the maintenance contracts portfolio of a market-leading manufacturing company. Client Details Market leader in their field. Description Manage, maintain and update procedures in accordance with our quality management system Produce reports and run queries within databases as requested Proactively manage customers both internally and externally Communicate and respond with customers to discuss contract renewals Carry out and ad hoc duties as assigned by your manager or for business needs Profile A successful candidate would have excellent interpersonal skills with a confident communication style, efficiency and good organisation skills. IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Access. Job Offer Competitive salary up to £27,000 with additional benefits
