Overview
Sick of commuting into the City and want to work more locally? A specalist contractor are looking for a Document Controller who has worked for Subcontractors previously to join the team in Sutton / Croydon. You will use a variety of Document Control Systems including: Asite, Aconex, 4Ps BIW/Conject, etc… Being the only Document Controller you must also be willing to help with Site Administration as required. Working hours are 8:00am - 6pm The role is paying up to £30,000 company benefits. Why work for this company? Multi-million pound turn over sub contractor A very friendly, dynamic team Opportunity to go on site visits and see projects in full swing Support and training in your personal career development Document Controller Role and Responsibilities: Using Document Control systems to upload download all documents and drawings and all other correspondence, check for comments and new revisions, print hard copies to keep the register up to date Liaise with project team to distribute information to all parties as required Ensure that the latest revisions are issued Enforce document quality / meet formatting requirements Careful handling of confidential and sensitive information General admin support to the project team Managing timesheets Printing, filing and scanning Meeting Minutes Document Control Candidate Requirements: Experience using Document Control systems such as Asite, BIW/Conject, Aconex, 4Ps etc… is essential to the role. Must be experienced with Document Control processes 3 years experience Have strong attention to detail Have a great positive attitude Be willing to also support the team with administration Sound like your DREAM JOB?
