Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a mechanical bias to join the team covering London and the surrounding areas. As the Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be: Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be mobile covering large commercial buildings Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be carrying out PPM's on mechanical building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's. Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed. Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be required to carry out basic electrical tasks if needed. Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be working Monday - Friday. As the Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will need: Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Leatherhead. Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer must have experience carrying out PPM's on mechanical building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's. Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer must have experience completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer will need experience in carrying out PPM's and reactive works on both mechanical and electrical systems.
