Overview
Reporting Manager - Manchester A growing digital organisation based in Manchester City Centre are currently looking for a Reporting Manager to join the team. The business are looking for someone to take ownership and responsibility for all data points, reporting and analysis across their contact centre, ensuring that data is accurate and all relevant data is tracked. They will own all planning activity, sales forecasting and resource requirements whilst also creating 'what if' scenarios based on changes of staffing or market conditions. In addition, they will understand performance across the contact centre functions to identify trends and areas for improvement whilst also producing insightful analysis with clear actionable recommendations to improve customer outcomes and drive business and commercial growth. Key skills: Solid experience in a previous analytical role Strong stakeholder management experience Excellent analytical skills Strong knowledge in Excel Strong knowledge in SQL Ability to derive insights from complex data sets and deliver recommendations in a simple and comprehensive way Excellent communication skills The role id offering a salary of up to £43,000 in addition to flexible working hours, remote working possibility, 5% contributory pension and more.
