Senior Project Engineer
Overview
Senior Project Engineer required. My client is a well-established provider of UPS equipment, spares and services based in Hertfordshire and operate across the UK providing bespoke solutions. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Engineer to join their Projects Department and arrange the delivery, positioning and commissioning of new UPS installations on time and within budget. This role will be based at their head offices in Hertfordshire with travel to customer sites. Senior Project Engineer Position Overview Work within the Projects department to ensure new installations are delivered, positioned and commissioned on time and within budget Oversee projects from start to finish, including initial site visits, arranging delivery logistics, allocating necessary workforce and completing method statements and risk assessments Use AutoCAD to create site drawings Maintain regular communication with customers to meet or exceed expectations Regularly update Project Timetable and Engineer Scheduling System Resolve any customer queries or complaints Senior Project Engineer Position Requirements Previous Project Engineering/Management experience within a related industry Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills UPS knowledge and AutoCAD experience desirable NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electronics Engineering advantageous Full (clean) UK driving license and prepared to travel across the UK with the role Based within a commutable distance of Hertford Senior Project Engineer Position Remuneration £45,000 - £50,000 Salary DOE 20 days' holiday bank holidays Healthcare package Pension Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
