Overview

Position: Recruitment Consultant - new business Earnings: YR one OTE of £50k - £60k YR two OTE of £80k - £100k We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join one of our UK operating Divisions selling the services of LA International to potential new clients. You will be required to adopt a goal-orientated approach to work, whilst developing relationships with client stakeholders at varying levels, including IT & Project Managers, HR/Procurement through to Executive Leadership, and using these to generate sales pipeline and revenue. You will possess good marketing, sales and persuasion skills as well as discipline and tenacity. Who are LA International? The Position: The role requires: Networking to identify new business opportunities Developing and managing new client relationships up to Chief or Director level Provision of a high standard of client care UK travel to meet with prospective clients to secure business Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts Ability to develop new accounts, full new business 360 role Personal Attributes: You will need to have a track-record of success within a recruitment environment and be able to demonstrate: Drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace Passion for achieving and surpassing targets A track record of providing outstanding customer care Capability to work professionally as part of a vibrant, energetic recruitment team Excellent communication and customer service skills.
