Our Resourcing Team are committed to building a talent pipeline for Dunelm that supports our ambitious plans to drive the business forward. As a passionate Resourcing Advisor who thrives on the challenge of recruiting for a wide variety of roles, you will support hiring managers to source and attract talented individuals to join our Logistics, Customer Engagement Centre and our Home Delivery teams. Customer 1st is at the heart of our business and you will play your part by delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process. The role itself: * Manage the end to end recruitment process. Includes taking recruitment briefs from hiring managers, writing job descriptions, selecting attraction methods, advertising roles, screening CVs, organising interviews, offer management and candidate feedback. Always ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. * Manage the recruitment of our volume roles. This includes developing the attraction campaign, identifying and attending careers events, delivering presentations, building and running assessment centres and managing the on boarding process. * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for your departments across all levels of roles, maximising the use of our internal colleague referrals, our digital and social channels. * Maintain timely communication with the Hiring Manager throughout the recruitment process. * Produce engaging content either yourself or with your department, to be used on our digital and social channels, that provides a useful insight of life in the team. * Continuously looking for new and innovative ways to improve our recruitment proposition to help attract the best talent to our business. * Meet regularly with the People Business Partner and People Manager for the department to discuss current and future recruitment requirements. * Manage the recruitment process through our applicant tracking system, ensuring all information is maintained and up to date. *Please be aware that you will be expected to travel to our Store Support Centre in Leicester* Requirements * A proven track record and enthusiasm for direct sourcing candidates and engaging with the candidate to identify the best career opportunity (now or in the future) for them at Dunelm. * Experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment/resourcing environment. * Enjoy working as part of a resourcing team, sharing ideas, best practice, referrals etc. * Strong organisation and process management skills - keeping things simple and efficient always. * Effective stakeholder management - working with your hiring managers to agree and deliver the best course of action. * Excellent communication skills. * Resilient and a creative mind, enjoying the challenge of recruiting vacancies that have a limited candidate talent pool. * A good commercial understanding and interest in the company and the retail market.
